Here You can download the technical drawings for the custom pallets textile. If you don't have the ability to design your custom pallet because of the missing software please let us know! We are using Adobe Illustrator software to create our designs in the right size and specifications. Below you will find some points which are important for developing the right layout:
- Layout in CMYK colours (RGB is not possible for prints)
- Convert text to outlines
- Layout preferably in Adobe Illustrator (.AI, .EPS, .PDF)
If you only want to have your company logo on the textile for custom pallets please send it to us (.AI, .EPS file). We provide a digital example for you for free!
All products are manufactured according to our specifications. Materials, mechanical parts, bags and more are optimized by us, and although the look is the same, they differ significantly from other systems available on the market. Choose from our many different sizes. We print your own motif on our proven materials: 115 gram / m2 polyester (standard) and 340 g / m2 polyester. With our extensive experience in digital large format printing, we achieve brilliant print results.
Before the first use
We recommend you to wash your digital printed textile at 30 ° before the first use outdoors.
Our online printed scrapings will not be washed before delivery, which may leave slight residues of the digital printing equipment in the cloth. This can lead in rare cases to a slight leakage of the colors in the first rain.
